Very lightweight, compact and I like the color. Easy to keep screen/keyboard clean.

I used this tablet as my daily for a few months before transitioning to the Surface Pro 7. Works great for Microsoft Office apps. Definitely use Edge in lieu of Chrome to maximize battery and performance when browsing. Battery life typically only lasts 5 hours with Outlook and Excel running continuously in my use.

Nice computer, a little slow and the Bluetooth connection is not very good. I have a Logitech keyboard that switches between 3 computers. It takes at least 60 seconds for the surface Go to reconnect to the keyboard. (I used this keyboard with Surface Pro 4 and the Surface Pro 4 instantly connected to the keyboard).

It is very portable and powerful for its small size

This is perfect for my application. I just started back to college and I don’t want to use a big bulky laptop. I was concerned the screen would be to small but it works great for ready homework.

I initially purchased a Surface Go because I have a Surface Pro for work set up at home with multiple screens. It was a disaster! It would not download updates or pick up either of my printers. I returned it and purchased this laptop. It was a better value and has met all my home needs.

I needed it for online teaching -- it has the whiteboard to use with video calls -- but I find a frequent need to reboot; the connection is often weak; it freezes up too much. The battery is long lasting, so that is a big plus! And it is very pretty.

We didnt really think this purchase through. The price was a big factor for us but it quickly got slow and temperamental. It's sitting in a box under our bed now.

My daughter bought this to turn in homework online for classes, also purchased the keyboard. It's Perfect! And has an amazing speaker when she plays music.

Bought this for my mom as an upgrade from her ipad. It is small, touch screen and easy to use. But most of all, hopefully the software on it will upgrade longer than the software on her ipad, and therefore have longer benefit and less stress.

I haven't had the chance to use it much, but my mom is really happy with it. She needed something for work that was not as bulky or expensive as a laptop but that could be used like one for checking emails and such.

I initially purchased this to surf the internet and watch YouTube / Netflix. I didn't have great expectations for this, but this tablet is slow, especially loading YouTube and Netflix. Disappointed.

This tablet was a great purchase. Speed is good, I really like the way the keyboard detaches and attaches so I can use as a tablet sometimes or as a backup to my laptop at other times, like when I'm traveling.

It’s a Surface tablet, but smaller. Performance is just a little slower and the smaller keyboard takes some getting used to, but the screen is great. It’s worth it for being cheaper than a regular Surface, just don’t expect a regular Surface.
