I bought these as a gift for my brother and we tried them out the day he opened them up and were both blown away at the build quality first and foremost. Then we started playing music and just couldn't get over how amazing these headphones sound. Perfect blend of highs, mids and lows. These definitely have bass there was no skimping in that department which is a huge selling point for me. If headphones don't have good bass they sound like tin cans to me and there is none of that here. I'm gonna go get me a pair!

These are by far the most comfortable and best headphones. They are great for all ages! They last a long time. The sound is great. Noise cancellation is a cool feature

Got these at Best Buy to replace my reliable Bose QC25 headphones I've used for years. These headphones are AMAZING at what they are capable of. The dial-a-yield noise cancellation/enhancement is pretty well-implemented. Sound quality overall is very well done, both wired and wireless. One thing that is not mentioned is that if you do not have Cortana installed on your Android or iOS device, it will default to using the built-in assistants (Google Assistant or Siri). Highly recommend for people looking for a great pair of headphones for the holidays.

Bought these for my BF for his birthday and he LOVES them. He uses them everyday. He really likes that you can use them on multiple devices without having to switch, the headphones just do it automatically. Also the fact that you can change between noise canceling and ambient sound is awesome especially if you walk / live in a city / commute on public transit, etc. They are very comfortable as well and don’t look obnoxious like some other headphones do.

The look and feel of these headphones are great and the build quality seems much better than some previous brands I've had. Good microphone for calls and nice clear sound. Not the greatest noise cancelling but pretty close. Comfortable for wearing extended periods of time and the dials and buttons for control are the best I've used.

The sound is pretty solid. I love the quality of the build. It felt nicer then the Bose QC or Sony XH1000m3. As far as sound I felt all three were about he same for me. I enjoyed the rings for volume control over a swiping feature over the Sony and the buttons of the Bose. It gets down to the not picky stuff between the three and this is the one I chose and I don't regret anything. Love them.

It's a simple design, the app is easy to use, the feel premium, the earpads are nice and soft, can lead to perspiration. Issues- they can be to tight is you have a large head, the noise canceling is good, not great, and the sound quality won't blow you away but if you mess with it you'll get what you need from them. They come with a very elegant hard case, but the case itself is large.

I have to admit that I am a big fan of Microsoft products , Every product they create is a unique and beautiful style design , I love the noise canceling technology and the color is just beautiful , this are very comfortable headphones and the sound is great and pretty loud to be just headphones if you put the volume all the way to the top

i study non stop and i needed a pair of headphones that would be comfortable and long lasting!! i can’t hear anything around me so i can stay focused for a long period of time without getting distracted by someone else. the sound quality is superb. i’ve been using it every day for about a month now and i have zero complaints. 10/10.

Originally, I was skeptical because of Microsoft not having a huge history with audio. But the noise canceling and the comfort on this easily competes with the Bose for similar cost. I recommend this even a bit more for the comfort side, didn't realize any heat over hours of use.

Love these headphones. Great sound! The bluetooth options are nice and the amplifier is a super finishing touch. I recommend these for anyone that doesn't want to stay tethered with cords. Oh, the 15 hours of talk time cover a lot of ground. Get them now!

I use this for video conferencing and it is great in the office. Noise cancellation is adjustable and the volume is adjustable direct from the headset. It has about 15 hrs of use per charge. Great headset. Pricey, but worth it for me.

I've been super impressed with these headphones. The sound quality is great. I'm able to use them for listening to music or attending video calls for work. The ability to adjust the volume by the touchpad is super easy.

These headphones are top notch. Sound quality isn’t as good as bose or sony but they match up pretty well to them in sound and definitely beat them in comfort. Really easy to connect to multiple devices as well

These are the best sounding headphones I have ever owned. The noise cancelling properties are incredible and the ambient noise amplification, is a must have. The range is awesome. Legit 14 hours of sound.

These are more than headphones they're a new experience in listening. The Surface headphones come with a nice case and they're usb-c compatible. Can be used with or without a cord. Bluetooth compatible as well.

Great sounding headphones. Wireless and soft earcups make them comfortable to wear. Love the ability to cancel out background, or with the turn of a dial hear what is said around you.

Very comfortable, I have used these for hours and they have never felt uncomfortable. The sound quality and noise cancelling is not as good as the the Sony xm3, but they still perform great, and these were cheaper!

If you are a fan of the Microsoft Surface Pro, these are a must! Quality made and sound great. They are overpriced at MSRP, but on sale the value is great!

I loved these headphones because of the build quality, the unique way to interact with them, and the noise cancellation was great. They're sharp looking and stood up well while I had them. However, with iPhones they would consistently drop connection and interrupt audio when my phone was connected to another device (smartwatch). Looking at the supported audio codecs I saw that AAC wasn't supported. This has been remedied with the second iteration, but I wanted some ANC headphones for my daily commute on public transit (rip). Went with the Sony equivalent and might come back to surface headphone when those kick the bucket.
