Mostly on me as I threw them casually here and there. A bit broke off and that started a chain reaction. enough about that. No matter what you do its a good headset. Just don't work outwith them, less of a chance of them breaking that way. They will last and work lovely as long as you treat them as such

Sound quality may not be enough for expert audiophiles, but I'm happy with it. Noise cancellation does not remove 100%, but being able to adjust it is a great feature if you do need to hear your surroundings. Touch controls are very sensitive.

I bought these open box for 300. I am absolutely blown away by these. The sound is incredible! I put the noise cancelation on and forgot I even had headphones on.

I got her these the week after and she fell in love with them. She uses them at work to drown out ambient noise of phone talkers and keyboards. Looking to get some for myself now...

I couldn't be happier with these!

Decent Headphones

I found the headphone is very bulky and heavy and don't know if I can sit wearing all day for my workday calls. The noise cancellation is good but not great.

I have an iPhone and a MacBook and I bought these because I think the noise cancellation can't be beat by the price. The build quality is amazing. Microsoft did an excellent job with these.

The controls and the ability to connect two devices at the same time set them apart from similar ANC headphones. I'm surprised by the ANC as it is comparable to the Bose QC35II. Sound signature is bass heavy and tends to sound muddy.

So convenient and very easy to adjust the volume and level of the noise cancellation that you desired based on your needs

This is a lot more of a multi-purpose headset where you can rely any devices to connect easily via Bluetooth or 3.5 cable. Great thing is that it has type c cable to charge and connect to devices, and also have really great, one of a kind, unique user control. It uses specific techniques to find out where you took the headset off and will auto play and pause. material is made finely and feels great. I personally use it more than 8 hours a day almost everyday and I dont find any wear, tear, or breakdowns over the past 3 months since this review's date.
