I loved everything about these headphones except the one thing they are supposed to do: Noise cancellation. The dial controls and touch pad ear cups are fantastic! They are so simple and intuitive to use. The sound quality is good too. I wanted to love these headphones but the noise cancellation just wasn't as good as the Sony or Bose. For the same price, it should be.

It’s a little heavy after I used it for 1 hour. And with noise canceling, I felt a little dizzy. Maybe it’s caused by different air pressure in my ear. It’s also a little hot to use in Summer. After a period of time of not use, it will turn off. Next time when a call comes in, I have to do some extra action to use it, which is not convenient.

If you depend on a headset for your job THIS HEADSET IS NOT FOR YOU. For casual music great , looks great, comfortable and battery life is fine to last a couple work days and it charges fast enough not to concern yourself with it. Big dials make easy to use controls for volume and noise cancellation. Please read on for some of the bigger issues with Microsoft Surface Headphones: This is a big one - No mic noise cancellation. The microphone in this thing can pick up the sound of crickets dancing in my neighbors yard. And while everyone is complaining who is causing that noise on the call? You'll be oblivious to your own noisy environment as your active-noise cancelling is likely working perfectly for the moment. Why for just 'for the moment'? After extended use the surface headphones noise cancellation will sometimes just not activate. Turn on/off again, usually having to wait 10-30 seconds between turning at back on some times helps, but sometimes not. If you're on a important phone call the headset may decide to blow out your eardrums with a BRRRRRRZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ noise. Not due to low battery mind you, this appears to be a hardware or noise cancelling defect. Sometimes you're able to power it off to resume, but sometimes not. Sometimes connecting the charger fixes it, but not always. Either way, you're jumping out of your skin for your phone to save face and you're not likely to care what the headset did wrong this time. Speaking of what the headset did wrong. The headset mute is supposed to auto-enable when it thinks you're done talking, or if you remove your headset. This is a fine idea, but in practice it mutes and unmutes randomly enough to the point where you have no idea if you're able to speak effectively on a call without the constant worry of what did the surface headset do this time. When you combine this with additional mute settings on collaboration tools like Zoom, Webex, as well as your own device laptop/phone local mute settings... its a mess .. this headset is a wild card better avoided. Part of the problem is you will not find this out right away. You'll think maybe it's your phone acting up... or bluetooth interference.. or just a glitch/hiccup ... and then once you've narrowed it down to the headset .. you're past the return period. Bummer! Make sure to leave your review next to mine and please do not buy the "2nd Generation" Surface Headphones that are identical except with paint change and slightly extended battery life.

The Roku device that I purchased was easy to install and worked very well. I would strongly recommend this device to anyone that has cable TV with internet and is trying to replace the cable companies converters.

I was hesitating to pay so much for this but it has good connectivity to my office laptop where I normally use for conference calls on Microsoft teams.

I wouldn't have purchased if I was thinking Apple, but for Microsoft product, they work wonderful with my computer and sound excellent. No complaints.

I really enjoy using these with both my Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 3. Very easy to switch between devices and they sound great!

Definitely not something for everyone. They are unique. The dail style is very impressive. Loving it.

Headphones are great until there's wind. The built in microphone apparently can't filter that out. Other than that they've been fantastic.

I love the fact that these headphones can connect to multiple devices simultaneously. Not a big fan of Cortana but it comes in handy a times.

The MS Surface Pro headphones have Excellent audio quality and noise suppression capabilities. And at a great price.

These headphones are Javier than some of the others. Have some cool features, but could author that many aren’t needed.
