    I changed from a Surface Pro to this Surface Laptop. So far my only "con" is how hot it gets when charging, or doing a lot of things at once. Putting it on your lap is not possible when it gets this hot. I have done some research online and apparently this isn't just an issue with mine.

    I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I absolutely love Microsoft Surface products. The Surface Laptop is no different. The build quality is just as premium as any other Surface product.

    I transitioned from a Macbook Air to the Microsoft Surface laptop, and All I could say is that it’s absolutely incredible! Recommend to anyone needing a new laptop. Will never go back to a Mac!

    I'm not high tech. I don't particularly like using the the keyboard & "mouse" part of the laptop. Of course, that would be a problem with any laptop. When using it "things" happen I don't expect and can't understand why. Many issues are with software. Not sure how to react to some pop-up boxes.

    Great computer for those looking to upgrade. Not really for gaming, but can handle most. Need to upgrade to Windows Pro...S has too many restrictions for those who need a serious work computer.

    I initially bought the Lenovo Yoga which I returned for poor design and got the Microsoft Surface Laptop. Even though it was a little more it's been working great so far.

    I love what I got and I knew what I was getting before i bought it so i am very happy with it. the only issues I have is battery life and the felt like the texture of the laptop after a while it starts showing signs of wear and doesn't look the best.

    For $800 it offers good value. Also within 2 months the trackpad came of its mooring and Microsoft replaces it for free. Good experience overall

    This has lots of great features. Not too hard to learn to use, but I am a MAC girl and have a MAC book at work and it is hard to go back and forth between the two. Might like it more if I was using this exclusively.

    Really like the computer and is fast compared with my Lenovo. I did take some adjustment since this one is smaller and definitely the print is a lot smaller.

    About two months after I got this computer it’s locked me out of it on an update. I brought it to Best Buy and they had to rest my computer but it only got rid of apps so not to bad just inconvenient. Other than that been great
