    I came in to purchase a Mac laptop I spoke to Fernando he was great and sold me on different lap top for my use, when I got home it has a problem it wouldn't clear or the face recog wouldn't work so I returned it have yet to buy a new lap top

    Easy to set up. My only issue was with face recognition log in. After a few days it didn't recognize me. Geek squad was able to help.

    Out of the box the laptop was easy to configure. Created several accounts to allow for all my kids to use. The facial recognition is a plus for those that often forget their password. Would recommend product and would buy another.

    Love my laptop love the color the thinnest of it and the color but I just don’t like the material of the fabric they used for the bottom portion of the laptop it’s so easy to stain

    I thought windows would run smoothly on a windows computer but it’s been glitchy and recently was locked out of my only account on the computer. Kind of disappointed with the ease of use compared to apple competitors.

    I choose this computer because it was similar to the MacBook but had a touch screen. However, within a week after purchasing this laptop the screen would just turn black. I tried to turn it off and back on. That didn't work. I had to wait 24 hours before the computer would update. I thought this would be a one time occurrence but it continue to happen. I am a medical student and I couldn't afford for this to happen in the middle of an exam. So I returned the computer after 2 weeks of using it.
