I got this to be my student laptop so I could take better notes on the go for my online classes. Not only is this laptop super convenient and fast, but incredibly light to carry and the battery life is long lasting compared to Macbooks. I would take Microsoft anyday.

Perfect size and has all the upgrades I need, including Windows 11. The battery life is excellent and the display is very clear.

Great laptop when on sale. All the apps that is use work on arm, and battery lasts forever. This is a laptop you can throw into your backpack with a full charge and then still be able to use it without charging a week later. Aluminum chassis is also pretty nice.

Neglected laptop with poor performance! Camera stops working during teams call. Power button can't read thumb properly!

I was reluctant to switch from what I had used previously for decades. But I am happy to say that I've been converted. The Microsoft Surface Laptop is easy to use for what I need. The price difference between the Surface Laptop and a Mac is huge and in this economy, every penny matters! I also applied for a Best Buy credit card at the time of purchase which has helped me pay no interest as of now.

Needed a laptop for college, and found this Microsoft Surface to fit all my needs! Fast computer, compact, and lightweight. Perfect for working on schoolwork on the go, would highly recommend.

I bought this laptop for my son, who’s an English major in college, and it’s been a great choice. It’s lightweight enough for him to carry to class and the library, but still fast and reliable when he’s working on essays and creative writing projects. The build quality is solid, and overall it’s a dependable computer that’s well-suited for a college student’s needs.

Great laptop in terms of size, ease of use, and overall performance. However, the unretractable screen for full-on touchscreen use and optional views are what keep this device from receiving 5 stars from me.

Is everything you need. It is easy to carry because it is small and not heavy. The battery lasts all day and when is dead charges really fast. The system is really fast i love it and i really recommend this computer.

It’s very light especialy for travel. The screen is crisp and clear. The keyboard feels easy on my fingers. I'm yet to use it for Netflix. One thing I miss is 2 USB port

Solid little laptop at a good price. My wife uses for it for pretty straight forward user type stuff, browsing, office, printing, etc, no issues with the proc and compatibility. Nice and light, easy to travel with but still very solid feeling. Great platform

This device has excellent battery life, and excellent screen, and incredible build quality. I'm not sure how for the price it feels as solid as it does. Truly the Apple Macbook of Windows laptops. Originally we got this for $900 but got a price match later down to $650 which was excellent. At $650 I couldn't recommend this device more. Even with hours of daily use, this device can last like a week without charging. When putting it to sleep, it isn't dead the next day like every other Windows laptop I've ever had. It sips power, but is still capable of being powerful. Have not had any issues with applications running on it so far.
