I was miserable for the first few days. Had difficulty with Office 365 install but got great help from the geek squad. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Each day brings a better experienced and I know I still have a lot to learn. I think the MS product is very good. I like the speed of the web experience. I would recommend this product.

During the first few days of me using this device, it would regularly freeze and the black windows screen would be up for minutes at a time. Luckily, I haven't had these problems since all necessary updates were downloaded. It's really light and appealing. The keyboard texture is a nice touch.

Great Laptop for High School Student

It’s was several hundreds of dollars cheaper and she got the processing speed needed. The bonus is it is a touchscreen so she can do her artistic things that she wants.

We were persuaded by the Best Buy rep to give the Surface laptop a shot. So far, we are very pleased. It was definitely a good buy and, frankly, I think it’s a good value.

Easy set-up out of the box, and quick system updates. It has everything I want from a laptop. Very pleased with this purchase.

These are annoyances. The good is that it is fast on and off, it is light and sturdy; and it is generally easy to use.
