I'm a Microsoft fan boy I even bought the xbox external HD player so it hurts to say this laptop is slow.

It's peppy enough for me, and a relatively pure Microsoft experience. I like it.

It's true, Surface Laptop comes equipped with Windows 10 in S mode, which does not allow you to download apps that are not by Microsoft.
