And froze on the starting screen. The mouse is amaizing I enjoyed using it for the short time I had the chance. I did like the interface but the shortening out left a sour taste in my mouth.

I have trouble with the trackpad too. It’s slim but quirky.

I had my Surface for less than a year. It froze constantly, especially when I was completing homework. It updated all the time and some updates would show "installing" and it would never install. It would never shutdown properly and I would have to force shutdown everytime. I turned it in to Geek Squad. The guy tried to reset the laptop to factory settings and afterwards the keyboard stopped working. I was able to get in store credit and Geek Squad guy told me to buy a Mac, just like the reviews said that I chose to ignore. I now own a Mac and have no issues other than getting used to a different OS. Don't buy this until Microsoft has proven they've up'd their game in this market like they have with XBOX.
