    I came back to windows computer after using MAC for almost 10 years and was not disappointed. Though it took time to get acclimatized to Windows format, but no regrets Will be extremely helpful especially to those who are in IT department

    I like the laptop. In general, it has the various different aspects of functionality that I am looking for from a laptop. The challenges come as I was a MacBook user. A lot of applications that I used to use don't seem to work now. I wish that there is a guru who can show me the comparison MacBook and Surface Pro, and help me to transition and adapt to my new laptop.

    After my old laptop died I tried every other machine available. I had dreamed of owning a Surface since they were launched several years ago, but I realized the tablet/detachable keyboard weren't right for the work I do. And for the price I found other options in true laptops. Great machine, just not great for me.

    Nice laptop even though I do not like windows, I needed this for work and are very pleased. Love the battery life, sad that my apple pen does not work with screen. Face recognition is glitchy.

    I got this laptop for work to get the awesome touch display with the screen display that it has. Beats most of the Windows Laptops out there. Even the high-end ones. I love the form-factor and size.

    I love the way it looks, works and all it’s features but it broke shortly after getting it. I have a refurbished one now because it was so broken it wouldn’t work at all. I also had problems with getting locked out due to not constantly updating it. But other than that a great laptop

    This is my first ever laptop so overal I am very impressed! I have t had the time to get everything set up yet such as pictures, music etc. but once I do I know it will be great. The one thing holding me back from hitting a 5 star is the battery life! Not very good for spending hours in the library!
