    We have two of these in our home. They are great for the kids & all of their needs. The most recent one however did have to be returned & exchanged after one day due to it locking us out. There was absolutely no way to get into it. The pin we set up was not recognized and it was a mess. Best Buy exchanged it with no issues at all.
