Still new to it but build quality feels nice. The co-pilot short-cut button is practical. Battery life seems ok- 5 to 6 hours of continuous use based on one test. Was easily available for pickup and for the best price I could find from online searches.

Love the entire thing. The new ARM chip makes a few programs incompatible though which is to be expected.

So clear, thin, great picture, I love the ARM (fan free), long battery life. Wish it had HDMI for a second monitor, had to buy an adaptor for that.

Works as promised, light weight and compact. Video is super clear. The employee who helped me with my purchase was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great computer for every day tasks, use it for light gaming, do some web surfing and small business work. Microsoft made a really good Apple MacBook Air competitor with this.

THis product I have been using now for about two months. It has been one of the best purchases I have made in a while. The computer battery is long, it doesn't overheat like my previous computer had done before.

This computer is just as good as I was told it would be. The addition of Microsoft 365 is a real benefit.

This surface laptop generation blows away the others in terms of battery life. Work and Productivity apps work well and the unit keeps cool unless heavy demanding emulated apps are running. Great overall laptop. Only gripe is that surface pen does not current work as intended as compared to my Surface Laptop 5.

I am very happy with my new computer. It was very easy to setup and connect to the internet. However, we did run into a slight issue connecting to a USB home network drive, but after a lot of googling we found the solution. Something to keep in mind, this computer comes with the Windows Home Version. If you prefer or need the Pro version, you will need to add about $100 to your total price. Also, Best Buy does price match, so be sure to shop around so that you get the best deal.

Laptop runs great. Connects to my employers VDI with no issues. Resolves the previous issues I was experiencing with my MacBook.
