I needed this laptop for research and work purposes. It works incredibly fast and the screen display is incredibly clear and crisp

I love it! Touchscreen, copilot, and good size. I’ve had it for 2 years and it’s going strong. I’m able to connect my phone and I’m able to Bluetooth multiple things at once. Good for practical use.

I bought this for my uncle he absolutely liked it. He is not a big fan of MacBooks however this laptop is very close to MacBook in terms of design, performance, appearance. This is just amazing.

It has been over a year now since I have purchased this laptop and I have been extremely impressed with how it performs and keeps up with my tasks! As a university student this laptop it perfect for me and has never been slow nor has it ever not been able to run my engineering programs. When I bought it there were many people worried that some apps would not be able to run as it would not be supported but in my personal experience there has been no program I have not been able to run!

This labtop is wonderful, and for the price…you can’t beat it. It’s lightweight, fast, and easy to navigate.

The good: The Battery life of this laptop is great when using it for simple browsing and streaming, I get an average of 12 - 13 hours of battery life. Although this is not what’s advertised it is much better than I usually get with others windows laptops. The trackpad and the keyboard are also decent although there isn’t much key travel. The Bad: there isn’t much wrong with this laptop. The screen could be better but it’s a decently bright display so it makes up for not being an OLED. Also since this isn’t an x86 cpu not every program runs perfectly, but as long as you know what you use runs on arm or through the translation it works well.

I’ve preferred Microsoft laptops over Apple for a while now and I’d give props to the school system for introducing them to me. I’m starting college soon and this was the perfect investment, it runs so smoothly and I’ve had zero problems. I think my favorite part so far is the battery life, I went to sleep watching YouTube and when I woke up after 9 hours it was still over a quarter charged!! I recommend getting the mouse to go along with it, it is convenient and adorable!

Great laptop to own. I have purchased Surface products off and on through the years and i have to say this 7th generation of Surface Laptop that Microsoft nailed it!!! I enjoy the battery life, CPU performance and find the Copilot experience very exciting. I’d say to those who have their doubts, try it out at your local Best Buy today, I know you will be sold quickly. $999 for this kind of sheer performance is insane for the money.

Great laptop! It runs very smoothly, fits easily in my school bag, and is very comfortable to type on.

Overall is a great computer when it comes to what I need for college. I am a Psychology major so it’s nothing demanding however I edit .RAW files on adobe Lightroom and it runs smoothly

So far has been a great laptop for all of my general usage. (Microsoft office, email, internet, Trainerroad, etc). I know there are still apps working on support but I have not experienced any of these issue personally. Not a gamer. Everything has been incredibly smooth from setting up the PC through my month of usage. Last laptop was a M3 Macbook Pro. Highly recommend!

This laptop is the 3rd one I have owned, but the first Microsoft laptop I have had. It is by far my favorite one. I am a college student and it has been very reliable and easy to take to and from school. Copilot has also been very nice to have when I need questions answered. Highly recommend this purchase!
