Microsoft Surface Laptop is a winner. It was very easy to set up and the programs all work as expected. I traded in my old IMAC laptop because I had a hard time figuring alot of it out. But this laptop met all my expectations and needs. Highly recommend it. And the pricing was great!

I had one for work and loved using it. I purchased for personal use when the opportunity came up.. I travel for work and don’t want use my work laptop for personal, it’s easy to carry since they’re both light.

HOWEVER, had to go home to order online after being physically present in-store, as no store associate would take the item down off the top shelf where these items were being stored vice being down on the sales floor. Had to drive back to store the next day to pick up the item at customer service desk.

The computer was great. But what i don't appreciate is the salesman making me feel stupid and pressuring me into buying the Microsoft office when i did not need it at all. Wasted money because the sales people lie to make their quota is not cool. Maybe retrain employees!

Really impressed with speed and screen resolution of this computer. Needed a replacement for an old Surface Pro 3. Love the updates.
