This is a pretty sleek laptop with good response times accessing applications and streaming. No issues yet with Snapdragon compatibility using printers, apps, earbuds etc. If encountered, that likely means they're overdue for an upgrade.

Because I had an external hard drive, the porting over of my computer to this one was relatively seamless. The Geek Squad personnel spent the time needed to set up the system, install multiple email addresses, etc. was above and beyond. This is the 3rd Surface product I've had over the past 10yrs. and love it! The Geek Squad makes a huge difference in making everything work.

Like the size of the laptop and the touch-screen. The Microsoft laptop is fast and easy to use. Nice to be back on windows software. Enjoy the Office 365 and its features.

I was able to purchase on the last day of the Florida Sales Tax Holiday; and then have it shipped to my home within a few days. This replaces a nine year old Surface Pro3 i7 8GB 512GB which had recently encountered failures of both the Bluetooth and WiFi hardware. The speed and battery life of this replacement far exceeds those aspects of the former; at 57% of the price.

I brought the Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot 13.8". I love the size, look and feel. The price was just right, and Best Buy helped me with getting everything I needed. The screen quality, the touch screen is great, its light weight, the brightness and especially the battery life, is just want I needed. Its easy to use and a great value for your money.

I was needing a reliable Windows laptop that provided strong performance and solid battery life. This laptop definitely met those needs. Build quality is excellent, display is very nice. I'm easily getting 8+ hrs of use on a charge, and running most productivity apps I use on a daily basis is no problem for the laptop. I did run into some issues with the pre-installed OneDrive app...due to this computer having an ARM processor rather than x86. Overall, very pleased.

It's a decent laptop. The Snapdragon plus (base model) is great for everyday/student needs. Windows itself needs some work on ARM, and not all applications are native. Even though they can still run, the cost to battery life was surprising to me. It's also a lot heavier and bulkier than I would like.

I bought this computer for graduate school and I have really enjoyed it; works great! Great battery life and easy to tote around!

I have had this device for about a month and I love it. There are no particulars - it does what I want and hasn't given me any trouble!

Great computer! Only issue is for my major specifically at school some things are still on beta so I can’t use it. Other than that set back it has a great display and I love the style of charger. Not too bulky and doesn’t get in the way.

This is my second Microsoft Surface Laptop. The first one performed remarkably well. I only had to upgrade because Windows 10 will no longer be supported.

Haven't had any issues yet. All my applications work without issue. The speed of all applications is acceptable, and battery life is exceptional. Also, the additional usb-c ports allow me to drive two additional displays.

While its just a tad heaver than I had hoped, everything else is perfect. The monitor is large and crystal clear. The speed of this computer is excellent and the AI Buddy is very helpful. Thank you.
