Due to my intimate Google contacts, however, I use Google Docs instead of MS Office. Being an MS product, I keep getting ads and "opportunities" to buy MS products. It took me a significant amount of time to overcome the "default" MS settings when I was setting up my new laptop which kept popping up! Maybe someday, but right now the pop ups are annoying. Otherwise, after 3 weeks it seems to be a really good product in many ways!

Great Laptop, misleading service

Several employees told me the laptops would have a sale 4th of July but it didn’t. However the week before it had a sale for $100 off but an employee told me to wait. I ended up paying full price since it’s such a hard color to get
