Nicely built, lightweight, long battery life, screen bright enough and good resolution. A laptop that can really be used on your lap, or when lying in bed, for example. More than fast enough for my needs, (though I'm not a gamer so others might notice things that I don't).

I switched over from my 2017 MacBook Pro for school and it was the best decision ever made. Notes for students that exemplify doesn’t work yet and you need your back up computer. I use copilot for any and everything. There are so many amazing productive and functional features

Excellent! Super light, fast technology, Copilot included which is very helpful for school assignments. Touch-screen integration has made it easy to navigate. Full memory for storage and app speed! Best investment for school and work!!

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro Copilot+ PC, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The 12" touchscreen is vibrant and responsive, making it perfect for both productivity and media. I purchased the SL7 13.8" with the Snapdragon X Plus chip and 16GB of ram for my mother. The fit and finish is excellent and the aluminum build feels like a Macbook. So far, I haven't found any software compatibility issues with the ARM chip. However, I do think these would be an even better value with AMD Zen 5 Strix Point chips. Battery life is advertised at ~ 20 hours, but in reality is closer to 8. The screen is very bright, but is glossy and reflective. The keyboard has plenty of travel and the haptic trackpad is excellent. Idle RAM utilization is sitting at around 70%, but that is mostly due to memory caching. Having said that, I think 24GB would be the sweet spot for the base 13.8" and 15" models. The online assistant price matched Micro Center and I was able to score it for even lower than the advertised sales price at Best Buy.

This is my second Microsoft Surface. Wouldn't have any other PC! It's travel light, syncs easily with my ancillary devices, plenty of storage, and lightening quick speed.

It's been 3+ months, love my new surface laptop, classy, zippy, light-weight and efficient. Highly reccommend. Suggestion - fingerprint scanner addition will be cherry on top to make this laptop more versatile.

This laptop has truly been a gamechanger for me. I purchased the laptop for my business, and it is perfect to take on-the-go, or simply sit in my living room to complete tasks. It has wonderful aesthetics, while also being familiar to me due to being Microsoft. The battery life is amazing, as well as the speed. I am so pleased with this purchase and will only buy Surface laptops in the future.
