So far. So good, this laptop works great, though i did have to adjust to the ARM architecture of the Snapdragon processor

I love this laptop so far only a few minor hiccups with connecting my hp printer. Love the touchscreen. Definitely an upgrade.

It's been a great laptop. Great build quality, battery life. And I haven't really had any issues with Windows ARM.

This is the first PC I have bought since 2014. It was a difficult decision as I had many choices and I wanted the larger screen. I was disappointed my version of MS Outlook was not compatible with Windows 11. I do have other options for email, but am still able to use MS Word and Excel. Overall, I recommend the Microsoft - Surface Laptop.

This laptop is great! It's fast, runs solid, has a great touchpad and keyboard, and is well supported through software updates by Microsoft. I highly recommend.

A great update to the Microsoft Surface laptop series of computers. I am writing this review on the laptop itself. The MSL7 15 inch baseline model is a great device to purchase now that it includes 16GB of RAM by default. The battery life is great (but doesnt quite catch up to a MacBook Air/Pro). The display is really good and I love that I can upgrade the SSD to a larger drive if I wanted to. As a competitor to the MacBook Air, I would say that the only thing it fails in is battery life but it is still miles ahead of prior Surface devices. The typing experience is great. Any issues with the computer are going to be due to Windows and not the hardware itself. If I could improve the Surface laptop line in any way, I would reduce the price some to be closer in line to other Windows laptop manufacturers.

I actually love this laptop! I wanted a high quality build (used to use a MacBook pro) but I really wanted the windows system to write code on. Since I got this I keep telling all of my peers how awesome this laptop is! AMAZING battery life compared to my old laptop. This thing can last me 2 full days of battery life at college (I’m on it from 8:30AM until 11PM on average or about 25 hours). This is a W laptop

Replaced an 8-year-old version of this device with current model. Great experience and love this PC as much if not more than previous device which is also still going strong but not compatible with newer technology.
