I was especially fired up for the Recall and Click To Do features that the Copilot+ PC would offer. However, I was completely surprised to find that these new high profile devices cannot handle basic search functions for Outlook. I use Outlook Classic extensively. I use it with a PST file that houses my archived emails. The fact that my new device cannot effectively search the body of older emails is a huge blow to my productivity. The alone almost makes the device almost useless. As of this review, I have tried several "fixes" which do not work. I have rebuilt the index file no less than 5 times with no luck. This process takes a lot of time (a few hours for each rebuild). If you do not use email extensively, it may not be an issue for you, but, for me it is a deal breaker. I wish I would have known about this very significant shortcoming. It is a beautiful device, but, since it is not functional for my needs, it is just a hunk of medal. I am sorely disppointed in this device, Microsoft, Windows 11, and Outlook.

Purchased the laptop without a hitch, and my grandson absolutely loves it!

Only thing I don't like is it does not work with a stylus like my old surface pro did......not that big of deal, but doesn't make much sense. Other than that, I love the rest of it!

It came set to needing just about an hammer to select text. And it’s still not at the sensitivity of my surface pro 2, which I preferred. Otherwise I’ve been having good luck.
