Just bought this for my 9th grader. Great laptop without spending over twice the price for a MacBook. This laptop is tougher, stronger. The keyboard is water repellant - liquids bead if spilled on the keyboard for easy removal. Another great feature is that it has a touch screen - much like an iPad. The Mac does not have that capability. The Geek Squad installed the virus software and helped set up the computer in the way my son wanted it - ie programs on toolbar, emails set up, etc. The laptop was also on sale so that was a plus!

I have been able to easily take this computer everywhere. The battery lasts a long time. Computer is lightweight and easily goes with me.

Great laptop! Replaced an 8 year old laptop. So nice having one that is so light weight and easy to transport. Touch screen is awesome.

This Surface Laptop 2 is beautifully designed. The burgundy color is really nice. Touch screen capabilities are great. The screen size is really good and makes it easy to look at different windows simultaneously. It really provides everything you need or want in a computer whether you're a student or a working professional. If you want a detachable keyboard then I would suggest looking into Surface Pros, but if you just need a regular laptop with unique features then you should definitely look into getting this product.

Purchased to replace a slow 6 year old laptop. Had no idea that laptops had gotten so light. Performance is great. No cons as of yet.

So far we have enjoyed every part of this laptop. The key board is easy to use. Good display and the touch screen works well. Long battery life.

The surface laptop is amazing. It runs fast, I'm able to have multiple windows open at once, and great battery life!! Highly recommend it.

It's very light and very portable fits perfect in my camera case. I wish the battery life was a little better. It works fast like a tablet.

This laptop is perfect for beginner. Anyone who needs to use for google search and document writing this is perfect laptop. Microsoft laptop charging time is faster and better is working longer enough. Laptop not heating even running longer. DOWN SIDE: No RAM upgrade option. No SSD upgrade option.

I wanted a laptop I could take with me everywhere. This one really fits the bill. Compact, light and very easy to use.

This laptop is AMAZING!!! Yes there is no USB C but most flash drives use the normal USB A plug. I just love how super thin and fast the laptop it. I thought the screen size would be awkward because it is not your typical 16:9 ratio and it is a taller screen than other laptops. But due to the fact with the screen being taller, I do not have to scroll as much to see more of the content that I am browsing. The i5 Intel Processor is very reliable and fast for everyday browsing, video watching, writing word documents etc.

This laptop definitely exceeded my expectations. Though I admit I bought it as the price was going down and a new model might come out this year, its a great price for a solid computer. I mainly use it for web development and other things I need on the go. I mainly use it with the docking station and I've been happy with how it holds up. They keyboard is a dream, especially compared to the macbook air. I think the touch screen is kind of pointless because it doesn't fold backwards, but I guess it could come in handy.

Switched from a MacBook to the surface laptop 2. So far I don’t regret that decision. It’s fast and sleek. Great laptop for work and school.

I absolutely love this laptop. It has awesome specs and the battery life is great. It is lightweight and can easily fit into a purse.

This Surface Laptop 2 is awesome. I feel like the battery life, more than anything, has impressed me the most, and I can charge it while I'm using it......with my last Surface (not the laptop) I could not charge it while using it and the battery only lasted 2 hours, and getting a full charge could sometimes take up to a week. This new laptop of mine is exceeding my expectations, especially since it is the same brand as my last purchase. I am very pleased and would recommend this product to everyone.

Very compact but powerful. Awesome battery life. The touch screen comes in handy. Definitely needs a usb hub. Fast boot up.

Reliable laptop, I use it for college and business since most software and technology around the health profession relies on Microsoft. Bought brand new since summer of 2019 with a minimal issue that I hardly encounter. The issue: physically closing the laptop while operating, at times, will resolve in a frozen blue screen when physically opening and trying to operate. Because I use it everyday and mostly at home, I leave it on and plugged into the power. The battery life is great because it's always plugged in and whenever I travel I then turn it off instead of standby, sleep mode, to avoid the issue freeze issue.

Love love love this laptop! Light weight and easy to use! Glad I made this choice over the Mac I was looking at!

This is a remarkable laptop, light weight, easy to use and turnkey to install. Love it more than my MacBook which I sold!!!
