About my 11th month of ownership the screen errored(line across) Microsoft sent a replacement. The replacement had a software issues that would not allow the device to say connected to Wi-Fi! They sent me a new device, and new device just randomly reboots! After many phone calls, tech support steps my only option is to receive another new device. At this point I am trying to get a refund. If you have to the ability to save or wait I suggest another device possibly Apple. They are more expensive but I don't hear about these types of issues!
