Received it with a hairline fracture on the screen. Only discovered by a very good honest technician after working on it with software installation issues.

AMD processor is slower than intel. Would like this laptop with intel processor. Good built but slow due to AMD processor and battery drains quickly.

This laptop worked well for a few weeks. After infrequent usage (On average 1 to 2 hours a day) it completely froze and we had to consult Google for a solution. I ended up doing a reset and it powered back up. About a week later it would only show a battery power sign even though it was fully charged. Wouldn't even power on ON the charger. I had to schedule a wait time with Geek Squad and ultimately ship it back to the manufacturer. Waited 5 weeks for its return. Did they even test it?! It powers on now, but will not charge. The charger's light is on, metal strips look fine. But it still wont charge. I refuse to spend more money on a new charger only to be 100% sure its not the junky surface pro itself. I basically have $1k paperweight at this point. Best Buy won't accept the return and I don't particularly want to wait an ANOTHER 5 weeks for a repair on a laptop thats barely 4 months old. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MICROSOFT LAPTOP!! Lesson learned the hardway.

Bought this for my mom, I don’t recommend for individuals who aren’t tech savvy. However, Great for professional matters

SKIP THIS. Its a beautiful build, amazing speakers, and gorgeous display. The AMD processor in it is a big let down, slows it so bad that there is visible lag and stuttering in normal tasks. Skip this and buy the 13.5 intel version instead. After buying that and returning this I realized how bad of a product it is.

Wouldn’t recommend ANY SURFACE PROS to anyone! This has been giving us so many issues. Back to geek squad we go because it has been stuck on restart screen for the past 12 hours. Microsoft is charging $1,000+ for garbage.

This computer has had constant problems since I got it! It regularly crashes and I have problems opening any websites or programs on a daily basis. It has been a complete disaster.

Slow processor, limited RAM which gets eaten up by the GPU, and terrible features like "automatic contrast" that keeps changing the screen gamma and brightness every few seconds. It's just poorly planned out features and way too expensive considering even Apple laptops are cheaper and faster.

Had difficulty restoring files, disk space too small. Had to exchange.

Easy to use laptop. Only downfall ,battery has a short run life.

Laptops should not be uncomfortable while on your lap. The material is cold and the design rigid. The mousepad is way too sensitive. The screen light on this thing needed an exorcism because it would not stop dimming and brightening on its own. Returned it.

For the amount of money you spend on this product and when there is an issue with the screen and is not able to be fix is wrong. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

originally I was buying a MacBook but the guy promoted this computer as the best thing that ever happened to the human race, anyway I got it, and has been "restarting" for 3 days now, hate it !! will return immediately

I really wanted to like this lighter laptop to replace the macbook pro I have, but the processing power and the 128GB ssd are way behind the times, even at the sale price. There really shouldn't be anything lower than 256.

Says a wire disconnected so causes WiFi to stop about every hour and have to restart it. Best Buy and geek squad both have had no interest in helping fix the problem

I purchase the surface pro 15” great computer when it works , love it . Until one day after a few months of purchase they had to replace the computer due to unResponsive keyboard . It’s been 1 1/2 years we have no issues until these same issue with the keyboard . Only this time both Microsoft and the Total protection plan refuses to cover the same issue . My alternative Microsoft says is to go by a new keyboard fir $500.00

Stopped working on day 2. WiFi drivers disappeared. Couldn’t pair Bluetooth devices. A known issue Microsoft hasn’t fixed.

Do not recommend. Issues since day 1. Freezes, fan is loud, etc. Avoid.

Battery life didn't come close to what it claims. Not as user friendly as other laptops. Nice and light however, but that was the least of my concerns.

It’s great until it’s not! Do not buy this computer not worth the purchase, i have to spend 200-340 plus more a year later because the hard drive crashed or software update issues. Search surface laptop 3 restart loop. If you have this computer you will want to keep a warranty on it or back up all you info all the time. Less than a year and the computer self destructed
