Bought as open box for good price. Love the laptop but major delay in service to get it ready to take home. Had to come back after waiting for over an hour in the store. Also, don't throw away the manual on floor stock.

This Surface 15” is a great computer. It’s extremely lightweight and portable. The screen is large and bright. I’ve ordered several of these for my company users and have had ZERO issues.

This has been a great laptop since I have got this. It is both powerful and lightweight. The glass trackpad is large and very comfortable to use as well as the keys. Graphics provided by the AMD Ryzen card are great in clarity and color. This is a great and solid choice for a premium laptop.

Got this one to replace my older Surface Laptop. I like the ease of use and the fact that I can just pick up and go with it and not having to worry about the battery dying on me or having to carry around a lot of extra items to be able to use it.

I bought an HP with similar specs as this one that was giving me issues, and I really don't have time for crashes and freezes in this new world of virtual teaching and learning. So, I returned it and decided to sped the extra money on Microsoft. I purchased this Surface Laptop 3 with the same specs as the HP I was returning. What a difference! The old saying of "you get what you pay for" proves true in this case. The feel of the Surface is of much greater quality - a premium feel. It's a solid build. The screen is beautiful, the system runs smoothly. I haven't had an issue yet. I run multiple programs all while video conferencing, and it does what I need it to do. If I had to find one thing I'd improve, it would be to increase the camera resolution. But, it isn't a big deal. I'm not taking pictures, just video conferencing. I love it! Microsoft has gained a fan.

I haven't had the laptop very long, maybe a month and it's been ok. Maybe I still need to get use to it, but I'm not as impressed as I thought I would be. Pros- lightweight, has syncing abilities across devices, screen is nice and large, keys are nice to the touch and like the touch screen option Cons- has already frozen on a black screen after being left on sleep for an hour and had to be rebooted, haven't been able to open my backup hard drive on this device, issues connecting and using my printer

We absolutely love our surface laptop. My wife and I are constantly fighting each other to use it because it's the fastest and best machine we have in the house

Love this cost effective and functional tool. This is more than capable of running my business without the premium costs associated with high end computers which we would under utilize in my genre.

So far I am very happy with this purchase, my original Surface Book keyboard died after 3 years and I needed a replacement and this model is faster and bigger than what I had before.

I did a lot of research before I made a decision on which laptop I would purchase. It was between an HP Apple or the Surface. A lot of factors played into this price durability functionality. I have had an HP in the past and it did not live up to the standards that I needed it to. Of course Apple is supposed to be “the best” Which I’m sure it is but not for my budget. I decided to go with the surface. I have actually used one for over a year due to my having a Surface laptop for work. It’s quick, fast, runs smooth and durable. Gives me no problems and purchase price was not bad.

I absolutely love my laptop. It's lightweight, but can still get task done. Since working from home I have been using my laptop nonstop. The charge last a full work day.

Faster than old one. Like keyboard light. Hope it has place for SD Card like I was told that it had. I like the size.

Exquisite an excellent job getting it set up and get in my day to convert it over at the speed is fantastic I like the touch feature as well as using the mouse and the keyboard.

This is a very light, clear screen. Great for school or office work. Not for the gaming

I love the Microsoft Surface Laptop. It is so nice to have the touch screen feature. Easy to use and work from home with. Definitely recommend!

Best lightweight 15-inch travel notebook I've ever used. The screen is absolutely brilliant. Well made, fast, trouble-free. Great for a nomad.

I have been very pleased with the performance of this device and I am very happy with the device. The speed and ease of this device is really good.

Looks great and feels great (ordered Platinum, however local Best Buy gave me Black version - realized that when I got home...was a pick up). Think I prefer the Black anyway... Really wanted faster processor and higher RAM but did not want to pay almost double for same...in the end I should have put the cash out there or chosen a different machine. Performance is adequate for moderate surfing with multiple open windows, however when connected to a higher end gaming monitor (ultra wide screen) performance lags and noticeably. Good for student use, would not recommend this for professional home office use especially if plans include multiple windows/screens active.

I had to buy a laptop to work from home when the Corona Virus quarantine came about. I was torn between a more "traditional" laptop and the Surface Laptop 3. Ultimately, I chose the Surface Laptop 3 and could not be happier. This laptop has a fast processor and plenty of memory. The touchscreen is actually really practical and the speakers sound good. These are more expensive than most laptops but I was able to get it on sale and use rewards points to make it an even better deal. If you are looking for a good "all-purpose" laptop I recommend the Surface.

I am really enjoying this laptop. The large screen and long battery life make this device perfect for working in the office or on the road.
