Defective laptop

It worked sometimes but not all times. Contacted both BestBuy and Microsoft but they kicked balls back and forth. No help from either side. Very disappointing. I will never buy Microsoft laptop anymore and not from BestBuy.

I was surprise how easy it was to connect and transfer software and data into it. My previous 5 years old laptop felt just very old when compare with my new laptop.My only advise is not get the 13.5 inches but the 15 inches. Otherwise, I am a very happy customer.

I really loved the form factor, the slick metal appearance, and the 3:2 screen ratio. For me, the alcantara keyboard was the deal breaker. I was too worried about it getting dirty in the long-run. After a couple of days of casual use, making sure my hands were clean, I started noticing darker spots on the keyboard. Also, when the computer is idle there is a slight buzzing noise that you can hear in the top right corner of the keyboard. This is apparently normal for the Surface Laptop 4. I ended up returning it.
