Occasionally used it but always kept if up to date. Couple of montjs back it restarted on its own and never worked anymore. What a waste of time and money!! Submitted it to Geek Squad. They could not fix it. Talked to Microsoft, they suggested to use surface Data eraser and try to reformat after that. Nothing happened and now they are asking to ship it to them and givd the another $300 so that they can try fixing it or replace it with another refurbished model with 3 months warranty. I just have to add that I will never ever buy z Microsoft laptop no matter how good it sounds. Macs are way better.

Great for everyday use; school, work, light gaming, etc. As someone who does a lot of typing, the keyboard is very nice - it sounds and feels top-notch. The only (very minimal) issue is slight keyboard flex - but it doesn't cause any problems for me! As for battery life, it's quite good, especially on lower settings, but it has yet to meet claims of 17 hrs. Very nice overall!!

After a month, it has done a great job as a primary computer as she continues her school work at a college as a Junior. Best Buy also assisted her with transferring data from her “dead” laptop onto a new external hard drive. Thanks Best Buy! Overall, very pleased with the reliability and functionality of this computer. Thank you.
