    Laptop shuts down unexpectedly with different stop codes. After several tries for a solution, Microsoft support recommended returning laptop for a refurbished laptop.

    I bought this for my assistant. She went to the store to pick it up and and was damaged. The only other one in stock was damaged too, so we cancelled the sale. I'll update my review once we find one that works.

    I got this Friday and so far a couple of things are negative but most are positive. The Negative The power connector is magnetic which I know why but falls out too easily. Going to make a clip for it. The battery only lasts 8 hours AT THE LOWEST power setting. I guess the 17hours I read was standby? The cords, jacks, and plugs are all black, hard to find the place to plug things in. The Positive Great screen & graphics Great keyboard Great weight Great size and width Great trackpad Great speakers and microphones for video conferencing Great value at $1699
