My head literally boiled over the amount of information I learned about choosing a quality, performance laptop. And I was not wrong. It is a spacecraft of impeccability compared to other brands. A competitor, only Apple, but that's another story. I will not list all those details of a premium gadget that you literally feel when holding it with your own hands. I will just say, come to the store and evaluate this diamond live. Compare picture and sound with other brands. And, you know what, you won't have to choose any more, because you have something to compare with. And now about what upset me a lot. It turns out that the Laptop 4 came with a gift, Surface Wireless Headphones. Which I did not receive. Why? I don’t know, they just didn’t give them to me: (( The sediment and pain of injustice settled in my heart.

Has 1 usb option when the description said it didn't have any, just an FYI. Nice picture on the screen. Did have to clean it up on set up, there was a lot of "'stuff" on it that I didn't need or want.

Alcantara fabric is HIDEOUS looking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BUYER BEWARE: The 13.5 inch ONLY comes in this hideous Alcantara fabric (NOT METAL, you have to buy the black or sandstone to get metal keyboard). The Alcantara fabric looks like some cheap fabric from the '80s, I don't know why they couldn't have made it look nice. So sad.
