    Bought Geek Squad Dec. 21 to help with setup. What a joke! Have had appointments cancelled 2x. Waiting to see if anyone shows up on the 15th & if they are of any help. Have not been able to connect to e-mail and no help remotely. In fact, was told I am not the owner of my computer. What the h-- is that about? It was not an open box purchase.

    I am a college student and I use my computer just for school and leisure. It was supposed to be an upgrade from my 2016 macbook pro. However, I found that in the end I preferred my old macbook. The trackpad and the touchscreen wasnt as responsive as I liked. I returned the product.
