Charging System is GARBAGE!

Right out of the box i needed to get the charger replaced within the 1st month. Then about 11months after that and now we are looking at ordering another charger... so aggravated! My brother has same laptop and says charger only lasts about 1.5 years on average before needing replacement so it is either a common issue or we just so happened to get the 2 worst of the lot!!!! Never again... i'd give zero stars if i could. Not to mention the argument with BestBuy itself when i tried doing a return in beginning bc i was barely past the return date and Microsoft would only send me a replacement cord for the 1st time!

Cons: keyboard, speakers, feeling electricity in the chassis, not nice looking,and finally too much experience for the specs you're buying for.

Slim and Gorgeous BUT...

Just don't - trouble! bluescreens 10 times a day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst piece of hardware I ever got - beautiful packaging, but bluescreens all day long - now I have de-installed everything but core Microsoft software, still problematic. Never had such a bad experience with ANY PC I ever owned. Crashes during excel work, presentations, everything. AVOID as this will kill your productivity.
