Portable laptop with poor compute power

The keyboard was a challenge to use. It's difficult to speed type without committing errors. The color balance on the display is not true and keeps changing every few seconds based on the ambient light conditions. This seems to be a design problem.

Glitchy from the start

I had to call the geek squad within the first day, had to have a system re instal within a week and continued to have problems until I decided to return it. Thank goodness I bought the Best Buy membership! I personally didn’t not care for this computer at all! For the price you’d think I was getting the Cadillac of computers. Not the case. I “downgraded” to a different brand and am so happy I did! Microsoft let me down on this one

Disappointed

Since I have a warranty we had wanted to simply exchange the laptop with the same model that worked but in the end had to purchase a whole new laptop. Thank you Microsoft and thank you best buy.

Pleased with Surface

Because the previous Surface was excellent for my needs, I decided to replace with a similar machine. So far, so good. Very reliable and easy to use.

Extremely Disappointed

I purchased two surface laptops for my wife and I. Her laptop won't boot after 18 months. The repair is upwards of $500, not worth it. I will not be buying another Surface.
