Very Disappointed

The laptop locked up a couple of times. One time I could not move the web apps in the taskbar. Difficulty with placing web apps on the desktop. I had to restart several times. I returned the laptop today.

I had to put it in the shop because it wouldn't come on. It's fixed and should be getting my baby back today. In the meantime, I liked it so much that I got one for my sister and she loves it like I do! It is extremely portable and I love the feel of the keyboard itself and the color (Saphire). It feels soft to the touch and makes little noise as I type. It was easy to customize, too. I use it for church and I have the Life Bible, which is an Android app, on it just like on my phone and tablet. I even put the app on my 2 teens' devices. It reads and runs so smoothly that you forget you're on a laptop versus a tablet. I got mine at Best Buy, obviously, and signed up for the Total Tech program. That's how the repair was done at no cost to me. That's a great thing! I definitely recommend this device to everyone.

Other than that I like the laptop
