This is my second Surface laptop, the first one lasted over 5 years with hard use every day, including a lot of travel. This one doesn't disappoint. It is super fast, has a large screen for my old eyes, and is light enough for travel. Well worth the money.

the laptop that you need for every day use school/work/study. very sleek design love the matte black makes it look very elegant. a MacBook look alike. My personal experience as a software developer it gives me the big display I need while getting the needed performance with multiple applications running at the same time. the only thing I dislike is the screen proportions as I would have loved the standard wide screen to split it up for 2 applications simultaneously without the need to use the glider. also the backlit keyboard with adjustable brightness is spot on and so is the big trackpad.

I used to be on the pro line but i decided to go back to the laptop format and im happy to say im happy i did this is the first surface laptop i have owned and i love how thin and light this device is adding a case really dosent add much bulk but is really recommended since it does scratch easy but software wise its amazing windows hello basically has me in the desktop by the time i open the lid super fast i use this for unity, blender, vscode and some light substance painter, and video editing and im happy to say its done everything without any issues.

Overall nice, light-weight 15" laptop. Windows 11 is taking some getting used to. My only complaint with the device is the webcam video quality is poor as well as the display of others during video conference calls. Battery life seems short compared to my MacBook Air

Over all good product. Except few points Pros: 1.Good battery life 2.Nice design and good touch screen 3.No heating problem Cons: 1.Sometimes internal fan is making lots of noice. 2.Power Jack is completely different compared to other laptops.So you can't use other brands chargers.

Screen went out on me - purchased in March, done by July. Loved it before then, great battery life, brilliant screen, no issues. If the 1 year warranty holds up (and I think it would) then I will replace it with another. Certainly liked it more than the Apple product it replaced.

Nice and fast laptop, very strong, slim and easy to use

The MS Surface 5 is a big improvement in speed from the MS Surface 4 it replaced. The large (15") touch screen makes browsing easier than using only a mouse. The system also seems to run cooler than its predecessor.

I love the feel of the keyboard, the size and clarity of my 15 in. screen, and speed of this laptop. I am so glad I made this my choice after my last laptop failed.

I've had this laptop for 2 years now and have used it mainly for work purposes. I'm a data analyst, so lots of PowerBI, SQL, Python work on it. It's fast and has served me well. Still going strong and haven't had any issues with it yet.

Really satisfied so far! Mainly use by plugging laptop into a docking station so haven't used the touch screen much. The design is super sleek, and lightweight for when traveling. Would definitely recommend it!

This laptop is exactly what I needed. It’s fast and allows me to have multiple programs and tabs open at once to allow me to switch back and forth easily.

I really like the surface laptop. It is a bit bulkier than my surface pro that I have before. However, the screen size is nice if you need a larger screen only thing I don’t like is it seems that the lighting adjusts the screen brightness automatically. It goes back-and-forth every once a while. It is able to handle any task I throw out at it. The quality of the hardware is great.

The laptop is performing exceptionally well, and I'm satisfied with its functionality. However, I must express my regret in choosing to purchase Norton antivirus protection through this platform. The incessant pop-ups and constant prompts to buy additional services to rectify the issues it detects have been quite bothersome. In comparison to my previous device, the small Surface Pro, this Surface laptop is a significant upgrade. While my old Surface Pro was convenient and worked like a charm, it unfortunately stopped functioning just a day after my warranty expired. Overall, I am pleased with the new laptop but advise caution when considering additional software purchases.
