I use this for work in a medical office mostly using web based health records, doing telehealth appointments, and running the business. Have been using it daily for 4 weeks. This Surface Laptop Go replaced my Surface Pro 7 after I dropped it and damaged it beyond repair. I was contemplating going with a Chromebook due to the lower price but went with the Surface Laptop Go when I saw how inexpensive it was. A Chromebook would not work with our current label printer which I use a couple times per week. Staying with the Surface product allowed me to use my current chargers and also I knew it would be compatible with all the hardware in the office. This laptop has worked great so far. The screen is nice and bright although I haven't used it outside in bright sunlight. I like the narrow bezel that makes the screen seem larger. The keyboard I would rate as excellent! It is large enough to not feel cramped, nice feel on the keys and it feels solid, trackpad very responsive. Definitely an upgrade from the Surface cover keyboard. Camera, mic and speakers are adequate, nothing outstanding. The battery life has been disappointing only getting about 7 hours from a full charge. Not a huge problem for me since I have chargers all over the office but this would not work well for a full day at school or a long day at work without recharging. So 4 stars because of battery life. I would also like to have more than one USB port. I am a fan of Chromebooks but the nice price on this has me changing my mind. Also Best Buy matched a price I found online so way to go Best Buy!

I love how portable it is. I can easily throw it in my purse and go. I use it for almost everything from paying bills, online shopping, to school work.

10/10 ive had it for 2 years and it still works like its brand new .

Great little laptop if you’re OK with the windows OS. It’s very small, lightweight with a great screen and keyboard. The price is also really good and my 10 year old daughter absolutely loves it. It’s nowhere near as durable as an Apple product but it’s also nowhere near as expensive. The case shows pretty significant wear after about a year of ownership, but everything is functioning perfectly With no hardware or software issues to be found. It feels like a quality product with may be the exception of the outer shell which shows damage pretty easily. The keyboard and screen are great and like I said everything is functioning properly.

Works well, no issues, battery lasts a while and is a great computer for anything and everything.

Good laptop for online schooling. If you haven’t updated it, it will work a little slower but other than that it’s great. Once updated it worked perfectly.

I bought it for my mom for mothers day and she loves it! Perfect size, good speed and especially love the touch screen.

Very fast, easy set up, beautiful screen, only used for browsing so I don't know about streaming. Did switch out of S mode (very simple) so I could install Garmin app. Don't like charging cord, doesn't appear as one color when charging and then another color when complete so you don't know when it is done charging. Would have liked a back lit keyboard included. Very light and portable Over all a good product. Would buy again

This has been a great computer. Battery and charging have been the only issue. Sometimes if runs a little slow, but love this computer.

The mouse pad started sticking and it lags at times. I love the touchscreen..

My husband loves this laptop. He is not very computer savy, but he likes how easy it is to use. I will probably get one for myself in the future.
