I have not used all the features but for the most part it gets the job done.. it also has the feeling of an android compared to an iPhone lol

I haven't had it for up to 9 months and it hangs every single time I turn it on. The lagging is ridiculous! I don't even play games or have any apps downloaded, so I don't understand why it can't handle simple tasks! It's a struggle to open anything, laptop is guaranteed to overheat once you start a video call, lags everytime, and webpages take ages to load. Microsoft support is completely unhelpful as well. I absolutely regret buying this laptop and will throw it in the garbage once I can invest in a MacBook.

My only gripe is that the magnetic power cable doesn't always register when you plug it into the laptop; it takes a couple tries for it to recognize it sometimes.
