    Not even a year and a half in and it seems the fan is already broken. How can something tha costs this much be SO CHEEP. When did it become the norm that we accept what ever cheep crap they are willing to sell. Not happy that this brand name did not even last two years without problems.

    The laptop just lasted for an year. The Laptop totally went down and It took $225 for me to retrieve the data from this laptop. The service guy said he cannot do anything on Microsoft Surface Laptop but finally managed to get the data only. And adviced me not to buy the Microsoft Laptop
