I bought this laptop since 2021. Till this day , this computer has been nothing but good to me . I love everything about this laptop. It comes with the keyboard and it’s touch screen .

Great laptop for a great price, I wouldnt recommend it to someone looking to game on it but it does run RTS games with ease and is great for work stuff!

This laptop was bought to replace my dying apple, after a decade of only apple, Microsoft surface laptop kept coming up in my research. Size, it seems appropriate sized for me I used it for research , personal business, and pleasure. I think I over estimated how much I could save off of it. I think I have 50 files on it and it seems to already be 40% full. It bothers me that there is only one usb port, I don't care much for cd's so it does not bother me that there is no insert for it. I would buy this laptop again, just with bigger memory,

Great item. Can't wait to purchase a second one of same model for my spouse. Compact, light-weight, and plenty powerful. VERY long life on the battery.

Great laptop is size and strength. My only problem has been with the thumb or finger print on switch. Color touch screen is good and processor fast.

The laptop is blazing fast and has great battery life. The touch screen is super responsive. Overall a great laptop for the price!

I bought this for my wife, as her old PC was on its last legs. She loves the speed, portability, and battery life of this awesome Surface laptop.

This laptop started off great! But then after a few months and year, it couldn’t withhold the updates and overheats a lot. You will definitely need a laptop cooling fan. And it doesn’t hold credit card information well. Sometimes it provides everything and then sometimes partial information. The best thing about this is that it is touch screen. The sucky thing about this is that it’s not an apple and if you ever go in S Mode DONT!!!!! It’s really hard to get back to regular mode. S mode allows you to download canvas and IG and all of that. But provides a lot of freakin viruses

Bought this for my wife! She enjoyed it for school. Perfect size not heavy and touch screen is a plus! Very satisfied best laptop we've owned.

I love this little thing! It's light, zippy, quiet, and doesn't get hot like most. I bought it for my college classes, and so far it's a beast.

It's a very practical computer, easy to carry and I love it because it's tactile, I can navigate and zoom it without using the mouse :)

Almost everything I was looking for in a new laptop! While many professional reviewers were knocking the screen resolution, I can honestly say it looks great to me. Colors look great and it gets quite bright, so bright that I don't have to have it on full brightness like my last laptop. In addition, the 3:2 aspect ratio is fantastic for web browsing and scrolling through documents. Keyboard is responsive and while it's a bit shallow, I can still type quickly and accurately. I'm probably in the minority, but I don't like a backlit keyboard, so it's a non-issue for me. I prefer to use a mouse, but the track pad is quite responsive, and I find myself using it more than I have on any other laptop. You can also open the computer with one hand and the bottom stays put. This speaks to the overall build quality, which is quite premium. Fingerprint sign on has also been reliable and accurate with only a time or two I had to reposition my finger on the power key. I would definitely recommend this over the base model, not just because of fingerprint sign on, but because this model is snappy and responsive with more RAM. The downsides? Not many for my use case, but I do wish the battery life was a bit better, but I do like the screen brighter. Also, full disclosure: I initially had the same model in Sandstone, but the power supply and/or the charging port didn't work properly. Easily exchanged it, but I had to go with the platinum color. Charging port works fine on this one (tip: you can also charge the laptop via the USB type-C port, which comes in handy). Overall, so far I would give this 4.5 stars, just due to the initial issue and somewhat disappointing battery life.

This was a replacement laptop for a 2014 Toshiba that I really liked and would still be using if it could have run the latest versions of Windows and Microsoft Office, but sadly, no. I LOVE this Surface! Little tricky using Google or Chrome, but there's a work-around. The keys have a nice touch; it's super light; super fast for my small business; and setting it up was a breeze. I like the fingerprint feature to log on and the magnetic power cord. Where's that been my whole life?!
