It's a very practical computer, easy to carry and I love it because it's tactile, I can navigate and zoom it without using the mouse :)

The laptop is easy to use, has quick responses, the screen shows a beautiful picture. The mouse is smooth to the touch for better performance. Best of all your lap doesn't get burned up.

I went in unsure of what to get. The store associate, Oswaldo, was a great help. I wanted to open up a Best Buy credit card which he suggested we do first before we look into which laptop I should get. He was friendly as well as knowledgeable when it came down to helping me choose a laptop for school. The laptop works great. It has plenty of storage for my documents and allowed me to download a program for my Statistics course. I love that it is not too big or too small. It is slim, so it doesn't take up space in my bag. I am hoping it keeps up for the next 3-4 years.

This laptop was bought to replace my dying apple, after a decade of only apple, Microsoft surface laptop kept coming up in my research. Size, it seems appropriate sized for me I used it for research , personal business, and pleasure. I think I over estimated how much I could save off of it. I think I have 50 files on it and it seems to already be 40% full. It bothers me that there is only one usb port, I don't care much for cd's so it does not bother me that there is no insert for it. I would buy this laptop again, just with bigger memory,

Great laptop is size and strength. My only problem has been with the thumb or finger print on switch. Color touch screen is good and processor fast.

I love this laptop. Does everything I need it to do as a student. Only thing is it heats up rather quickly, which might cause some problems in the future.

It’s does everything you need it to do if your a student or using it for business. However after a year the fan can get a little louder. It’s very tolerable.
