This product on runs in "s" mode. This means you will need to purchase an upgrade according to the Geek Squad. I purchased the upgrade and am still having issues adding the programs I need despite paying for the upgraded Windows package. Frustrating considering I took my existing laptop computer to Best Buy to match what I had.

I just got this earlier today and let me tell you.. I am so glad that i went with this laptop. I was going in for a Macbook Air but they didn't have the one I wanted so the salesman helped me get this. I am a die hard Apple fan, i have plenty of Apple products but this computer made me not miss the fact that I wasn't typing on a Mac. Battery life has been solid so far, fingerprint sensor has worked 100% of the time. The computer itself is very lightweight, updated all the apps it had to install as well as the new windows 10 update and the fans didn't come on once; no overheating issues either. Very portable and sleek. Trackpad is amazing, as well as the keyboard. The keys have good travel, none stick, and it feels very good and comfortable to type on. Only thing I wish it had was the backlit keys; mainly because it was 750.00 after taxes, but I can make do. You really should give this little computer a shot. I am so glad I did.

I buy many laptops before i didn't have problems but this have been problems battery discharged quickly Battery finish in 20 minutes even is 100 .. even i trt to update windows 1 from setting is not updated

Love it! I use it for college and its great on accessing any platform or systems my school requires me to have access to in order to do my assignments. I've had it for 3 years now and it's still in great condition. It is not slow and doesn't over heat easily.

The screen had problems a week after purchasing, best buy allowed me to get store credit so I bought a mac

After purchasing quite a few tv and laptops from BB this is the first time wife's brand new laptop will NOT let her install a quilting program. She is NOT a happy camper. Will call Geek Squad for help and do another review.

Screen went completely black after 3 months. Was unable to use.

The life on the chargers for this laptop is garbage. It has not been 1 year since purchasing this laptop for my daughter and the charger just stopped working. My charger for my MS surface pro died the same quickly as well.

I bought the Microsoft Surface laptop for my kid for virtual schooling....But the screen is so small it really would stress the eyes to keep looking at it doing virtual school. I had to return the product.

Love my little computer, works great is not slow and it has lots of storage space. This computer looks great and sleek. The touch screen is a plus. Out of all the brands that I have owned, this one is far more the best. Battery life in my opinion is good but can be better, last about three hours when working consistently.

Battery life was definitely not good for a college student. Before I purchased I was told it was prefect for that it’s not. Had to go and get new one because I was told it was just the one I had. Not true.

the laptop charging port does not work and we had to spend 100$ to fix it in India. I bought for my dad. It was such a huge letdown I won't buy Microsoft products again.

Within 3 weeks the computer broke. The screen blacked out while completing an important proposal. If you’re going to be mobile this is a very fragile unit.

This PC will not get past boot up asking for Bit Locker Encryption Key that we never setup. It is unusable.
