burn out from the laptop charging port useless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Microsoft Surface laptop from BestBuy new. within the first tree month I started having issues and one day the screen went black. no use. it was taken to best buy for repairs. Then four months later it started to smoke from the charging port. This is a common issue that Microsoft is not addressing and is covering up. I want people to be aware.
