Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for something smaller and more portable than my Surface Laptop 2 (that I haphazardly ruined by spilling water on...it was a great laptop and could handle what I gave it). I thought I'd get the same with this with similar specs. I use an external monitor and keyboard for when I need lots of real estate so I thought this could handle spread sheets, word, PDF editing and a bit of multi-tasking. It cannot. It throttles, hesitates horribly, and has issues just catching up - to the point that it needs a vacation. Battery life degraded quickly to where I get maybe 4 hrs if i'm lucky. I have tried to live with it for 9 mos and can't deal anymore. This laptop is fine for portability, surfing online, email, videos, but don't count on it to do anything more complicated - quickly. Such a bummer because I love it's size and how it looks. I just upgraded to a Surface Pro 8 and this GO will GO to Grandma.
