The Surface was hard to start up it 3 days just find word document. It was not easy, it did not work well. Now it won’t turn on fully charged. Black Screen. Steven W Stone, I have made a lot of purchase, used Geek Squad. Always, Great Service. Sometimes their is something wrong with Product. They always replace or repair any product That Is why BestBuy is my Store for Electronics!

No worries about trying to find the charging port. Lightweight for the kids. Touchscreen and nice for first time laptop users. Cons: S mode cannot be reinstated once exited. Battery life is only 4 hours if continuously used like working on building games or instructional games with constant input.

Had some old Windows based games on disc I wanted to play again and thought I'd combine that with the functions I used on the iPad (mostly email, web browsing, reading e-paper). It's pretty quick and have had no issues; so far/so good. Maybe I just need more time with it but miss the iPad (smaller keyboard, battery seems to last longer, bit more portable).
