I love this laptop. It replaced my old one which was bigger, thicker, and heavier. The keys have a good feel and the screen has a very sharp picture. Battery life is very good. It’s not a fancy one but was very affordable and serves my basic needs perfectly.

Nice, smaller & fast laptop. Need to get use to the smaller keys but this is adaptable. Everything about this laptop is top notch except the sound, sometimes having to increase the sound to 100. Video is good and processor speed is great. Glad to have made this purchase.

Excellent laptop for older people looking just for web surfing and the occasional Netflix movie to watch while traveling. I imagine this laptop would not be best for gaming but it looks beautiful. Looks will built and does great for normal stuff.

It works great for the price. I use this as a personal computer and it replaced my 8 year old Dell with it. I like the size and how you can log in with a fingerprint. Sometimes the display will go blank for a second after you log on but it comes back quickly.

I bought this laptop to do some programming. It gets hot after I code for a few hours. But that’s my fault for not getting a better RAM. This laptop is suitable for everyday needs, not huge workload.

Got it for college classes. Decent price range for the specs without going too expensive. Could do with a bigger memory, 128gb is not enough and fills up fast. Wouldnt recommend for gaming. Only one usb slot. Good for projects and web browsing.

Bought this for college. I’ve had this laptop for a year now. I use it everyday and it still works like it’s brand new. If you’re looking for a great laptop for school, I highly recommend this one!

Very great laptop for the price. It even included a free windows 11 update which I am loving as the design and UI is clean. The laptop color Ice Blue is very pretty to look at and the mousepad is extremely feels extremely good to the touch.

Fast! Ligt. Solid feeling. Display is very bright, Battery lasts about 5 hours using max screen brightness and plying Master of Magic, using email & web surfing at the same time. Battery lasts longer if you dim the display. This is a great laptop!

The Microsoft Surface was a very nice and very user friendly laptop. The integration with the cell phone was fluid and touch screen very productive. Me and my wife really enjoyed this purchase and thinking to bought another laptop may be next year.

The device runs really well. I knew the screen size when I purchased it, but after using the device I would say the screen size is the only reason I did not give it five stars. You basically cannot work on two windows in split screen because it is too small.

Needed a quick, on the go laptop for my writing that would run the Windows software I use (Scrivener). Needed it to be compact, reasonably fast for browsing, keyboard with a decent feel. This one checks all the boxes.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new laptop! I bought a shell which is light and doesn't weigh it down and keyboard cover. I had a Sony Vaio for about 8yrs which I still use from time to time, but this is an awesome little cute laptop (yes, I am girly girly lol)!

I really like my new computer. It is lightweight, appropriate size for my fingers. I love the touch screen except for the fingerprints! All in all I am very happy that I bought it and appreciate all of Tristan's assistance.

I recently lost my job, and my personal laptop was very old. Afraid to spend too much, the Best Buy credit card was an amazing option for me. Because of this, I was able to purchase a computer that I can enjoy for a long time.

Purchased this computer for my 3rd grader for school. It's just enough for him. It does come.in a safe mode that can be disabled. I haven't needed to disable it, though. Great for lite work. Compact, lightweight. Definitely not for heavy duty computer usage.

It does what it's designed to do. It does tend to get a hot when running too many things due to vent placement but I usually just give it a break or move it around. It's really pretty and sleek and for the size it's still great viewing quality.

I love how easy the set up was for this laptop as I completed it following a 13 hour shift. My one complaint is that Microsoft continues to push Bing when Google is a superior search engine. This laptop was purchased as my fun travel computer. It has not disappointed!

Had trouble getting a Wi-fi connection when I went to a family member's home for a Zoom conference. Ended up having to use my cell phone. I'm still learning about the features. I may end up needing to get a mouse as the touch screen sometimes requires multiple taps. I have access to technical support if needed.
