Almost returned it for that one reason. MS are losers for not including a function that most people consider a forgone conclusion. If I knew it didn't have that on it I would have probably passed on the purchase. Other than that missing function I really like the machine and use it daily; and I do mean daily or with a alt light source. ಠ_ಠ

They were out of the Laptop at the store in my area but they called a nearby store for me and I was able to drive there within 15 minutes and pick it out. She's contacted the geek squad about 5 times for questions and they've been very responsive. She hasn't had a lot of time to use it because she's gathering everything for our taxes, but the little time she's used it, she's beginning to get used to it.
