The first Windows laptop I’ve owned that doesn’t have a thousand system softwares pushed by HP, Samsung, Dell, etc., that take up so much space. It’s the first time I opted for Windows over Mac. However, I had to return it TWICE because of horrible screen flickering and malfunctions. I thought I had just been unlucky with the first one, but when I had the same issue with the second brand-new and unopened I had to exchange it and go back to Mac.

Keyboard works well, monitor is clear and crisp, and everything else works well for most college applications. A few complaints would be the charging isn't the fastest and the charger unplugs easily with a slight tug. Other than that I would easily recommend to any average user.

The screen appears to be low resolution on paper, but the reality is it’s fantastic, so don’t let the numbers fool you. Keyboard feel is perfect and the keys are spaced nicely. I do wish the keyboard was illuminated, but the machine is solid with minimal flex and feels extremely well made.

It made for a good deal. So far we are happy with our new Microsoft computer. Our sales associate was very nice and we were out of the store in record time!!

Good value for the money

She has another computer that was way more expensive than this one, but she prefers this 1 way more Then the other one. I definitely recommend this purchase

Fantastic Device as a travel laptop, small, lightweight and solid build....a big surprise. The battery life is good but not great, average 5-6 hrs on one charge. I hear the Laptop Go 2 has better battery life but for $200 more not a deal breaker.

It provides me temporary use to check work or private emails and software while commuting on a train. I would not enjoy using it for 8 hours straight as the monitor is small. I also struggle with moving the cursor if no mouse.

Issues with Wi-Fi connectivity

I like the fast start up and ability to use the touch screen as well as the key board. My only complaint is that I sporadically have issues with connecting to Wi-Fi unless I bring the computer to the same room as the router.

I love that it’s touch screen and that it’s small and light so easy to take to class. It’s a very nice sleek design and I love the color. Only thing is it’s battery life is shorter than I’d hoped
