Love this laptop. The build quality and the attention to detail. Also the color. But I got the blue screen of death 3 days after I bought this and returned it immediately. Was asked if I wanted to exchange or repair and I said no thanks. I’m afraid of them now!

Very well built and compact laptop, amazing deal for the price! I love the SSD quick start up and no annoying programs installed. I wouldn't recommend it for games. Keyboard is great, screen resolution is great, no complaints, love it!

I'm going to start off with how much I love this laptop . I recently bought for college and it work perfect for my needs . It's pretty quick can pick up the wifi really good ,the display is awesome the only flaw is... it doesn't have lit keys other than that this laptop works perfect .

This laptop is perfect. It's size makes it very portable and it is light. The quality is top of the line, it feels and looks high quality. The screen goes all the way to the edge, making the most of the 12.4" screen. I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

This product is very cool and efficient. However the finger print reader doesn’t always work. The facial recognition still doesn’t register as an option. Overall, it is serving its purpose, thank you for having this item. This is product is great, but need more time before I pick people I suggest it too.

This is a nice laptop for the price, but I returned it because it wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11 even after I updated Windows 10 until it was up to date. Also disappointed that it didn't support a pen.

Great Laptop for the price. Am a huge fan of the small form factor size. The screen bezels are much thinner then even the flagship Surface laptop 4 and the trackpad + keyboard feel equally as premium.

I purchased this for my son to get him through his Associates degree in college. He may need a bit more in a laptop. However, he is undecided about his major so we decided to wait to make a big purchase until then.

Notice most positive reviews are within a month of purchase. Bad reviews refer to problems with the screen/display. Just three months after purchasing my son's laptop (and with very normal use) the screen has stopped working. Laptop is nicely, designed, lightweight, and when it worked, the display was good...but none of these features matter if quality control is this poor. It is disappointing to buy a product that needs repair after just 3 months.

Great laptop for simple functions. I use primarily for browsing, email and excel. Wouldn't recommend pushing it much past that. If you keep it simple it is perfect.

Great laptop but the power cord sucks. The tech told me when I bought it there were often power cord issues so I guess this isn’t a surprise. I have to find just the right plug and just the right location for this baby to charge. It’s more temperamental than Ted Cruz.

Love this laptop. Does the job for me. I use it for school and writing papers. Only downside that I have encountered is that if it gets too hot the screen glitches a bit. I just turn it off and let it cool and then I am good to go again.

So far so good, although, it appears that some downloads you may want are blocked because they are not part of Microsoft. For example, can't download the full Norton package. It allowed only a portion, but not the full Norton 360

This has been the best laptop I've owned. I bought the surface when it first came out. I loved it. It was quickly dated, and I'm so glad I was acquainted with the new and improved product from Microsoft.

I have brought this as a Christmas gift for my little brother for school work and so far he is loving his New laptop. I am glad that this is working for him and no issues at all.

I bought this laptop from graduate school and although its small, it suits my needs. Only thing that annoys me is that the charger doesn’t sit in the port well & os knocked out easily.

I love the laptop! This is a great Microsoft product. The only thing I do not like is the charger. I don't know why Microsoft makes the chargers the way they do, but they are prone to getting damaged.

It boots up fast, when it decides to start. Many times, it freezes on power up and have to let battery die before able to start up. I have learned on my own that I have to pause auto updates as it will update in the background and when computer goes to sleep fr inactivity, it will freeze up the whole computer. I took it back within a week and they got it to start up but did not tell me how to prevent it, again. I am over 30 minute drive from nearest best buy, so taking it in is not an option. Can Geek Squad help if I can't even turn it on? Frustrating....

I ordered online and picked up my Surface Laptop Go at the time designated. There was real time communication provided and the process was seamless. The Surface was also easy to setup.
