The device is great for a backpack and holds a charge. The challenge is with the in-store service (did not add or suggest a carry case, needed operating programs).

So far I love it. Just what I need for my personal stuff, most of it in Microsoft Office. Love the size and the speed to boot, surf the web, etc. Great keyboard feeling, touchpad and touchscreen.

Microsoft - Surface Laptop was bought for elderly person who could not handle a heavier laptop. It works great for her.

This is my second Surface and it is amazing! I wanted the laptop version. I do feel the Pro is better than the Laptop Go but for my needs and the money it is perfect!

Beautiful compact laptop. Easy to use. Perfect for a busy college student or small business owner. 8g and 128g are more than enough operating memory and storage space.

This is an excellent laptop if you want it for daily use. The resolution is not that great, but if you like the Premium Surface line from Microsoft, this is a good laptop for everyday regular use.

Great laptop! Fast and great graphics. No bloatware! I love it!!! The battery is a wee bit lacking, but not bad by any stretch. Overall an excellent choice!

The computer is very nice; it has a clear display and it runs well, but I'm leaving a bad review because the charger it came with arrived broken. In order to get it to work, I have to jiggle it around, move it to different wall sockets, straighten and then bend the cable, etc. I'd expect that if the charger was a couple of years old, but this is supposed to be a brand new computer so I would expect the same of any add-ons it comes with.

This was a gift for my daughter. This is exactly what she wanted and perfect for school this Fall semester. We had excellent customer service as well.

Was very excited to have this unit delivered, I've always used and trusted Microsoft products. However, big issue, it would not start up. I've never experienced this with MS before, other makers, yes, but not MS. I'm optimistic that the replacement will work just fine. But of course I'm just an optimistic type of guy too. Taking it back to Best Buy for an exchange. (Thank goodness I did not wait two weeks before plugging it in and trying it!) At least they give you 15 days for a "no reason at all" exchange, but this is a good reason - like, whoa, the machine does not work!

Good product. Have only one minor issue so far and this that because the keyboard is gray and letters are white on keys it is not easy to see them in low light.

Though this has i5, the RAM should be at least 16gb. This is good for Office suite and media watching. Any gaming (even basic) is going to stall this laptop.

Decent laptop. Kinda pricy for its abilities but I guess that's what you get when looking for a laptop with good power on the "small" size range.

This is a good laptop with one major flaw, the lack of a lit keyboard. I have a new MBP and a Dell desktop/laptop but wanted a super portable device to take with me on the go and this one fits that requirement nicely except that the keyboard is very difficult to see unless one is in a well lit environment. I don't understand why Microsoft skipped this crucial feature and I am considering returning it for MacBook Air instead.

This is a pretty good computer for the price I paid. I would go for an Apple next time because the associated accessories are poorly designed.

Love my new laptop! Salespeople very professional and special thanks to the geek squad for loading all my software into my laptop in a timely fashion.

So far this has been a good investment for my wife. She uses it for school and uses it rigorously. The only issue we had was that it went black and wouldn’t wake but that’s was once.

We love the laptop. It was exactly what CBeltran explained. Exactly what my mother (73 years old) needs. Great Best Buy representative! We were really happy with this purchased.

Solid does exactly what is advertised. If you’re comfortable taking it out of S-Mode you can’t get a really good quality laptop for a good price.
