Great service at the store from Chavon. He really helped me make my purchase easier. The product was great when it arrived and I was highly satisfied.

We reviewed options online and once our selection was decided on, the purchase and delivery were a simple straight forward process.

Computer seemed to be amazing but when I picked up my package from Best Buy after ordering it online for Christmas the package was damaged on the front with a crease, I asked to open it before I purchased it and when we did it was completely shattered and damaged, product seemed good but customer service at Best Buy is a 0/5, took me three days to get a refund due to the system needing to register a return on my card. Eventually went with a pro 7 and it’s amazing. I will never purchase another laptop from Best Buy after this event.

I bought this for my son so he can have a better laptop then the one the schools provided. His grades went up in 3 days now that his videos don’t freeze

It was a good buy for a quality product. The service was good, although their was 1 person to about 10 customers.

MS did not disappoint. It is pretty well built, looks rich and love the Ice blue color. Rating 4 and not 5 starts because it does not have a backlit keyboard. Otherwise a great product.

Doing ok so far. This is used by our daughter to run her drawing tablet and does that job well. Isn't used for anything really strenuous so can't comment on that.

Overall, I like the computer, especially the touch screen. However, not having a backlight for the keyboard is more annoying than I thought it would be.

Overall a great little laptop. They touch pad can be over sensitive and I wish there was an extra USB port. Other then that I’m very pleased and would recommend to any student.

I don’t regret buying this, it is simply very great quality for that price. Although it doesn’t have a backlight on the the keyboard. It still does the job and above the job!

Nice little computer that works. The only issue I had was the 2nd monitor always goes out. I have to shut down to get both monitors to work.

We purchased one of few month ago for my oldest son. We were so happy with it we got this one for our youngest son. Great product! Great service!

After receiving a great service, by a very professional sales lady, Teniya, I bought this unit and it satisfy my needs.

Its a nice and small laptop for on-the-go and for college. It sometimes runs a little slow and is occasionally loud and heats up, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I got this as a gift for my younger sister. She loves it! So far very efficient. Gave it a 3 star rating because it heats up very quickly from doing basic tasks.

Great laptop for what my 19 year old engineering student needed to run CAD / CAM software. Very powerful for the price.

The screen on this is very crisp and after having it for awhile it has lived up to its awesome ratings

Not a bad basic laptop. I love all of the surface products. My issue with this one is that even though it's a surface, it doesn't support the surface pen. I'm sure most people don't use pens with laptops but I use them as it's easier for me when pointing and clicking rather than using my finger on the touch screen. Should have researched a bit more that's on me. I ending up returning and going with surface pro 7 and using the brydge keyboard since I won't it be self supporting like a laptop
