Impressive! It's fast, lightweight, touchscreen display and good battery life. My wife loves the color and responsiveness. Can't beat it for the price, 8GB RAM and SSD drive. Touchscreen is nice and vibrant, very responsive. For the price point, can't go wrong. Definitely recommend it.

Bought this MS Surface for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. Very easy to use. Has a great touch screen. Excellent video and is very light. Easy to take with you because the size is perfect.

Hello I needed a emergency computer right before my second semester started @college and this computer was perfect it’s touch screen battery is excellent last for two days on one charge it runs smooth and fast and very light weight Great price for college students on a budget

Best laptop for college. Not as expensive as the MacBook but just about the same quality in my opinion and I’ve had the MacBook before. Very lightweight and easy to travel with. The touch screen on it just makes everything better

I really enjoy using this product. It's sleek and efficient, with vivid colors and pretty good sound (especially when I'm comparing it to the six year old laptop I just retired.) I enjoy the keyboard and the track pad. I tend to not use the touch screen feature but I love having the option. Everything is quite easy to use. The battery life is not wonderful, but the only thing that has been a bit frustrating is the charger--it falls out of the device quite easily. I can't move the laptop while it's charging or it will come unattached, which can be annoying if I'm not at a flat surface. But other than that, I have no complaints!

Going almost a year strong with this one! Perfect for school and work and gets the job done! I love thé touch screen feature! It’s light so it’s easy to transport and the colors are adorable. 10/10 recommend for college students who are balling on a budget.

Great laptop I have had it for around 2 years now and it is still working great I use it mostly for watching shows and videos and minor stuff like looking for places to eat overall great laptop and I am happy with the purchase.

I bought this laptop for general browsing, responding to emails and some media consumption (nothing too demanding); However, I have to say this laptop has completely met my expectations and much more. For the money you pay, you get a touch screen too (such an added bonus); For the month or so I have owned this laptop, I can say that the battery life has met my expectations as well. The keyboard is good for typing and the laptop is light as a feather. The only draw with these modern laptops (if I has to point to something, clearly nitpicking) is the lack of ports in my opinion (only usb-c and hdmi).

i really enjoy this product and i love the quality of everything. it was easy to operate everything and glad my documents were able to be transferred to this product from my previous one. i like how the size is compatible and not too big but not too small. the laptop is slim which i like how lightweight it is.

This laptop is good for portability and ease of use. I was looking for a good small device that was good for computer multitasking and entertainment needs. Very impressed with the quad-core performance for the size of computer. Obviously not the absolute fastest of the bunch, but does exactly what I need it to do. Build quality is fantastic and the sandstone color looks great. My main issues with the device are lack of backlit keys and the low PPI display. Some would say it's all cost cutting measures, but even the cheapest of Chromebooks have backlit keys, and there are cheaper tablets with sharper displays. Heck, even the cheaper Surface Go 2 tablet has a full HD display. So to me it just seems like features Microsoft purposely exclude to upsell you to get the regular Surface Laptop 3 in this instance. Despite my two gripes, I really do enjoy this little device. Had Microsoft went full in on a sharper display and backlit keys, I think at this price the Laptop Go would be the perfect MacBook Air killer for those who aren't tied to one operating system.

Have been using it since 2021 and it still work beautifully. I previously owned a MacBook and the performance does not compare to this laptop. Love that it’s lightweight.

this is a very good laptop but it gets hot really fast and heats up so not the best for playing games but it’s okay to use for work or schoolwork

Bought this for my daughter, she loves the touch screen feature and she never had an issue with running any programs while in college.

Pretty good laptop. I’ve had it for a little under a year and the battery life is starting to go out quicker which is probably a testament to how much I use it, but to be fair the original charger went out not even a month into getting this. I bought an extra charger haven’t had charging issues since. I originally planned to use this primarily for work in the remote space but ended up needing it for school as well. I may trade it for something with more storage as I can’t store much but I do love this model and sandstone color.
