I have a pink Microsoft surface laptop and I wanted another one but blue for my boyfriend but when we opened it, I realized it is smaller than mine. Big mistake and it’s almost the same price.

Laptop charge problems

I have been without a full charged computer because of this design flaw. Otherwise, when it’s fully charged I love it.

I have had it for less 3 weeks and when am using the word. It keeps going blank, like its glitches. The other day, it froze and wouldn't go off not respond. I am not sure why I am having these issues. I have the surface book and it's been 3 years no issues.

I really hate it.

The Microsoft store does not offer zoom so I have to use it over the internet which means I have to type in my id codes every time I use it and that can be several times a day. If you want apps not offered by Microsoft you have to disable the security software and buy your own security. And then there’s bing. I hate Bing. It’s annoying, subversive and insidiously sneaky about installing its self on your computer and now it’s the only search engine I can use. The screen already flickers and I hate that, too. I blame the Best Buy guy for not explaining what a hassle not being able to download zoom and other needs I told him I wanted. I had 14 days to return it and I regret that I didn’t take advantage of that.
