I regret not listening to my instincts with this. I've only used this computer twice and the screen is completely frozen already. I had done so much research prior but I was swayed into buying this from a Best Buy associate with the reassurance that the reviews were not accurate. Very, very angry.

While working on it, the screen turned gray. I cannot reboot, shut down, anything. I can see the mouse and the keyboard lights up. I have an appointment with Geek Square who can hopefully fix this, and I truly hope I won't be charged as this is supposed to be a high quality laptop and is only 31 days old!!!

Cannot install software like Bing Wallpaper, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. But the full Office 365 Pro Plus installs? The final nail in the coffin - no Windows 11.

Bought this for my freshman grandson who just started school this week so commuter wasn’t used 2 days and was a defected item . It wouldn’t stay powered on . My daughter attempted to return and was told it had been longer than 2 weeks and would have to contact Microsoft which was a joke . Was told it would be repaired with refurbished parts !!! Not right it was never used !!! School just started ‘I felt this should have been exchanged for a new one and Best Buy should have returned to Microsoft especially because it hadn’t not been used yet !! Bad business

One day the computer went to sleep and no longer would boot up properly. Will be returning.
